It was what I needed to do for my overall health. I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you. Until then I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post surgery.

But my second reason (the health is my third reason) is that to grow vegetables require much less land than rasing animals for food and in this world with scarce resources and more and more people being born I think this is a very important issue. And when using more land for biofuel and other stuff we will have less and less land available. Together with climate change I think changing to eat more vegetables have to be a must further on, both because of the land problem but also that a lot of animals are contributing to green house gases in different ways.
